FEATS

AMBIDEXTERITY

Prerequisite: Two-fighting, Dex 17

Benefit: When fighting with two weapons you deal your full strength bonus on your off hand weapon.

Normal: A character without this feat only deals half his strength bonus on damage rolls with an off hand weapon.

FAKE TARGET

Prerequisites: Point Blank Shot, Combat Expertise, Improved Feint.

Benefits: Whenever there are multiple enemies you are fighting and they are aware of you, you can fake one into thinking you are attacking another. You must have at least two opponents to use this ability. As a move action make a bluff check opposed by your opponent’s sense motive. If you succeed the opponent is considered flat-footed for your next ranged attack. This ability is not the same as feinting and does not gain any bonuses from things that improve or involve feinting. You may attempt this ability again in following rounds, but you may not target the same creature twice in a row.

Special: A fighter may take this feat as a fighter bonus feat.

PAIN OF EXPERIENCE

Prerequisite: Killjoy music, Peform 6 ranks, Degrade Competence

Benefit: This feat increases a Killjoy’s degrade courage ability by an additional -1.

VOW OF BLINDNESS

Prerequisites: Neutral alignment, Vow of Neutrality.

Benefits: You give up your sight. In return you gains a supernatural ability to see. A character with this feat gains blindsight 30 feet. Your heightened sense of hearing since you do not speak grants you a +2 bonus on listen checks.

If you violate this vow intentionally you lose all benefits of this feat and cannot retrain the feat. If you do so unwillingly you must permanently make yourself blind and have the atonement spell cast on you.

Special: A character with Vow of Blindness must not use his eyes to see, either by use of a blindfold or keeping his eyes shut. A character who already uses other methods to see such as tremorsense or blindsense or blindsight cannot take this feat.

VOW OF DEAFNESS

Prerequisites: Neutral alignment, Vow of Neutrality.

Benefits: A character with Vow of Deafness gains blindsense 30 ft. If you already have blindsight or blindsense from another source, increase its range by 30 ft. Your acute senses grant you a +2 bonus on spot checks. In addition you gain sonic resistance 10. This resistance stacks with the resistance granted by the Vow of Silence.

Special: A character with this feat loses the ability to hear. A character who has tremorsense cannot take this feat.

VOW OF NEUTRALITY

Prerequisites: Any neutral alignment.

Benefits: A character with the Vow of Neutrality agrees to take the middle ground between good and evil or law and chaos. You gain a +1 perfection bonus on all Wisdom based checks and ability checks.

Special: A character with this feat that loses the neutral aspect of their alignment loses all benefit of this feat and may not retrain this feat in its place. However, a character that loses the benefits of this feat that later becomes neutral once again still gains the benefits of this feat.

VOW OF SILENCE

Prerequisites: Neutral alignment. The ability to cast 2nd level divine or arcane spells.

Benefits: A character with Vow of Silence gains the effects of the Silent Spell feat without increasing the effective spell level on any spell cast. You gain sonic resistance 5. Your eerie silence strikes fear in the hearts of others. You gain a +2 on intimidate checks. Your heightened sense of hearing since you do not speak grants you a +2 bonus on listen checks.
Your inability to speak to others sometimes pisses them off. You take a -2 penalty on diplomacy.
A character with this feat that willingly speaks or makes vocal noises loses all benefits of this feat and may not retrain it. A character who unwillingly makes noise (such as by a tasha’s hideous laughter spell) must atone for it by entering a silent room for three days without making a sound and then have the atonement spell cast on him.

Special: A character with this feat cannot speak, or make any vocal sounds, such as laughing, speaking, shouting, grunting, groaning, make sounds of pain or the like, etc.
